How Much Does It Cost To Clean Carpet?
At Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning our 3 Part Guarantee says - "The price we quote you over the phone will be the price you pay! No hidden charges! ▬ No bait & switch! ▬ You tell us what you want cleaned, We tell you how much it will cost!" If you tell us over the phone that you want your living room, 2 bedrooms and a 10' long hallway cleaned, we'll quote you the price you will pay when we clean your carpets - UNLESS - we arrive and your living room is actually a living/dining combo room, one of the bedrooms is the Master bedroom with a carpeted bathroom attached and your 10' hall is in reality 30' long. Of course the price is going to change in that situation!
You didn't answer me - HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Honestly, I can not tell you a price here on this website. Every house is different - BUT by asking you a few questions over the phone I can give you an EXACT price. Am I the cheapest carpet cleaner you can hire? Absolutely not, you can always find someone who is will advertise a "Whole House Special" for $99.00. But beware! You are going to get what you pay for. If you are the type of person who just concentrates on paying as little as you can and doesn't care what the carpets look like 2 days after cleaning them - then go ahead and hire that $99 Whole House guy. Good luck! All I can really tell you here is this, while I may not be the very cheapest in price, I'm certainly NOT the most expensive - BUT I do strive to charge a fair price to you and do a great job of cleaning your carpets or your upholstery or your tile and grout. I want you to be happy with my cleaning and I want you to use me in the future and tell your friends about me. Can you ask for more than that in a carpet cleaning service?
My carpet cleaning philosophy is simple. Every job I do I use professional equipment, At Quick Dry Carpet Cleaning I use the best cleaning products available, and I clean the carpets at every job like it was my mom's house.
My Pricing Philosophy
My pricing philosophy is based on being fair to my customers - meaning providing great cleaning performance at a price that is affordable. Does that mean we are the cheapest carpet/upholstery/tile and grout cleaning service that you can hire? If your definition of "cheap" is which service did you hand over the least amount of dollar bills to after your cleaning, then I'm most likely NOT the cheapest. I guarantee I'm also not the service that you could hand the MOST dollars to either. I've heard some outrageous amounts that some carpet cleaning companies charge. BUT if you believe that a carpet cleaning service that provides a cleaning that dries fast, uses solutions that are safe for kids and pets, eliminates re-appearing spots, and STAYS cleaner longer than other cleaners, then yes, I could be considered a cheap cleaner!
A Quick Story About Long Term Value
3 years ago my wife and I bought a "new to us" house. The carpets, while in decent shape "wear & tear-wise", had stains thru-out. Our realtor suggested we replace the carpet before moving our furnishings in. We didn't have the money to do that but me being a carpet cleaner I went to work - I cleaned the carpets removed the stains and our realtor was amazed. She didn't realize a carpet that spotted with stains could come out looking so good! We still have that carpet and instead of using those thousand of dollars that it would have cost to replace the carpet we used it elsewhere. If you hire a professional cleaning service that can deliver long term value for the services rendered, isn't the what the definition of "cheapest" should really be?
